Insurance is a promise, not a policy.

I got into this business young, and for a simple reason: most families don't have a plan, and most agents don't make it easy to get one.

When I sit down with someone, I'm not reading from a script. I ask what they're actually worried about, whether that's the cost of a funeral, a mortgage that would fall on a spouse, or making sure the kids are taken care of, and I build the coverage around that. Not around a quota.

I'm appointed with multiple A-rated carriers, which means I quote across all of them instead of pushing whichever product pays me the most. If one carrier is a better fit for your health or your budget, that's the one I recommend.

And every policy I write, I stay the agent on it. If your situation changes, you call me directly, not a call center. That's the whole point of doing this in person.

What we can put in place

Every family's situation is different. Here's the ground I typically cover with clients, in plain terms.

i

Final expense

For anyone who wants to make sure their funeral and end-of-life costs are handled so their family isn't left scrambling to pay for a service. Typically smaller policies, approved fast, with no medical exam.

ii

Whole life

Coverage that lasts your entire life and builds cash value over time. Good for someone who wants a policy that grows alongside them rather than one that expires after a set term.

iii

Income protection

For the person a household depends on financially. It replaces lost income so a loss doesn't turn into a financial crisis on top of everything else the family is dealing with.

iv

Legacy planning

Structuring coverage so you pass something on, whether that's to children, grandchildren, or a cause you care about, without it getting eaten up by debt or delayed by probate.

How it works

i.

We talk

A short call or in-person conversation about your situation. No obligation, no pitch, just figuring out what you actually need.

ii.

I find your fit

I quote across multiple carriers to find coverage that matches your budget and your health, not the other way around.

iii.

You're covered

Most policies are approved within days, some the same day. After that, I stay on as your agent for as long as you have the policy.

Common questions

How much does life insurance actually cost?

Less than most people assume. It depends on your age, health, the amount of coverage, and the type of policy, but many final expense and whole life policies run somewhere between $30 and $150 a month. The sooner you lock in a rate, the lower it tends to be.

Do I need a medical exam?

Usually not. Most of the coverage I write is approved based on a few health questions, not a physical or blood work. There are exceptions for larger policies, but for most families, no exam is needed.

What if I already have some coverage through work?

That's a good start, but employer coverage is usually one to two times your salary and it ends when you leave the job. A personal policy is yours regardless of where you work, and it's often the difference between a family being covered and being short.

How fast can I get approved?

For most of the policies I write, approval takes a few days, and some carriers approve the same day you apply. Once it's approved and the first payment goes through, you're covered.
